What he told me we would be paying is what we paid. The communication with this company is phenomenal, and we felt comfortable with the whole process from start to finish. They didn’t try to sell us on products we didn’t need, which was very appreciated. Will be using them for all our door and window needs in the future :) thanks !

We called around to get pricing, and although Elite was a little more expensive it was so worth it. After meeting with Shay and speaking with the receptionist, we knew they were the business we wanted to deal with. The team was so friendly, and made sure we were taken care of. Jamie and Christian were at our house for three days installing our new windows. Christian was great with our kids, he made them laugh, had conversations with them, and really made the experience great. Having strangers in your house isn’t always fun.. but he made it that. I cannot say enough good things about Elite! Thank you!!

What a excellent service Shay provided, he able to fix the window with few stroke of mallet, and he did not charge me anything. I will recommend this guy who is honest and do an excellent job.

Shay's sales support is top-notch and Pete's workmanship is impeccable. We're starting to run out of things to replace, but should we need anything else, we know who to call. Would recommend Elite Windows & Doors to any Chatham homeowners in need of a refresh or replacement.
